“If you call one wolf, you invite the pack”

« on: May 04, 2010, 07:07, AM »

Jim Bowie (1796-1836)
Jim Bridger (1804-1881)
Davy Crocket (1786-1836)

While these are not the only examples of pioneers in history, they are the most recognized. These men deserve to be honored, not for thier deeds in life (not always honorable) but for thier contributions as a whole.

All men cry out against thee, the dogs pursue thee, and all the inhabitants of this city are thy enemies; but I will make peace between them and thee, O brother wolf, is so be thou no more offend them, and they shall forgive thee all thy past offences, and neither men nor dogs shall pursue thee any more. ~ Fioretti de San Francesco
